Our second campus - Guangbiao Institute, located in Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province - was founded in November 2002 with the approval of Zhejiang Provincial Government, Zhejiang Provincial Education Department and Shanghai Education Commission. It is also a non-profit institution of higher learning affiliated to Sanda University.

    Guangbiao Institute is registered in the Province of Zhejiang. It is named after Mr. Cao Guangbiao, one of the major donors to Sanda, and now has 2,179 junior college students. Undergraduate students will study on the main campus in Pudong, Shanghai and junior college students will spend the first two years studying at Guangbiao Institute with the final year on Sanda's main campus. All students of Guangbiao Institute will be matriculated at Sanda University and be awarded diplomas and degrees by Sanda. The graduates of Guangbiao Institute are, like their fellow students on the main campus, eligible for the examinations so as to be transferred to undergraduate studies upon completion of their three-year courses in accordance with the Regulations stipulated by Shanghai Education Commission. Guangbiao's targeted total enrolment is currently 4,000.
